The Crosby Centers     


Welcome to our Retreats.  Please pack accordingly to make your stay more comfortable:

 

  • Your current driver's license or photo identification.

  • Your personal insurance card for medical needs and  any medications, not covered by your insurance.

  • For any medical or medication, co-pays, a credit card on file; [kept in safe]

  • For your personal spending $250.00 preferably in lower denominations. (kept in our safe)

  • Medications: bring a complete list of your  medications and doses that you are currently taking .

  • If you  smoke cigarettes, you  must bring packaged, sealed. We do not sell cigarettes .  Clove cigarettes are NOT ALLOWED.

  • Personal toiletries (alcohol-free only); you  may bring portable hair dryer and sun screen.

  • Cell phones and laptop computers are a privilege and can only be used during designated hours. Requests for special usage is to be approved by a counselor/staff at a designated time, for business communication.

  • Laundry facilities are provided onsite; Bi weekly maid service.

  • For Fitness Wk-ends: Golf clubs and tennis rackets are acceptable to be available as appropriately scheduled.

  • DO NOT bring personal valuables, including expensive jewelry. AA&E Retreat is not liable for the loss or damage of any money, jewelry, or other personal property whatsoever.

  • No musical instruments unless authorized by counselor/staff (some are available).

  • Please try to bring only one suitcase and carry-on bag of clothing to include: casual, comfortable, appropriate clothing; clothing for cool and warm temperatures, exercise/physical fitness and outdoor activities attire (include gym shoes), appropriate swimwear.

  • Sorry no pets allowed!
